Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order.

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 10–16 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Multiple warmers: bundles may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.

Holiday orders: to receive your order before December 24, we recommend ordering by November 30.

Lost or delayed parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email contact@warmoradesk.com and we'll resend it or refund you.
